Green Built Roofing did a complete re-roof of our home and separate barn. After our experience, there is no other company I would recommend for any roofing needs. Mike and his team were outstanding to work with in all aspects of the project. Mike went way beyond expectations to help complete another project I've had on my list for some time. His experience in all other areas of construction was invaluable, and the only way my other project would have been able to get done. Called Green Built Roofing a week ago to take a look at a leaky garage roof of mine. Mike the Owner came out a few days later and let me know my garage roof was about at the end of its life. He let me know that the garage had 2 layers of shingles on it and the original layer was installed about 40 years ago. The building code and technology were different, and that is why it was having issues.
Ended up working with Mike to have my garage completely replaced with brand new shingles with a 50 year warranty. We ended up doing the house also as well to complete our entire home. Financing was a breeze through Michigan Saves, we were cleared for 4% interest for 10 years, a huge weight off our shoulders.
Installation was fast, timely, professional, and the house looks amazing! Black roof with the newest technology and a great warranty. Thanks Mike!

I thought Green Built Roofing needed a shout out! They have taken great care all of my friends, family and neighbors. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from anyone from the moment the come out to inspect and bid, through the install process to clean up. They have all said Green Built has taken all of the stress away from dealing with the insurance company and getting the project completed. You won't be disappointed!

We had our house and both barn roofs replaced by Green Built Roofing and they did a great job! Mike and Alex were great to deal with and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We would definitely use Green Built again for a future home project!

We had a whole house remodel done back in 2019 with Green Built. Mike was on time courteous and so was his whole crew. We had a New Roof, 80's brick removed, New Siding, New Windows and a new slider installed with some new gutters on the front. From start to finish the process was smooth. When there was issues we spoke with Mike and he took care of it immediately. I wouldn't let anyone else work on our house remodel because Mike made sense. He wasn't a sales man pushing for a commission he owns the business and he owns up to the name of his business!

Found out about them from a neighbor who had them replace their roof. Green Built has been a pleasure to work with, the entire process was stress free. Mike and Alex are the best. After I had decided to go with them my insurance adjuster shared with me he had worked with them on many claims with no issues. He spoke very highly of them. I recommend them!

Mike and his team we amazing to work with!! Responsive, on time, communicated through every step of the project!!! We did a complete tear off and replaced the roof, fascia, soffets and gutters!!! Highly recommend!!

Green Built Roofing was recently hired to remove & replace shingles for several* condo unit owners, including myself. They were out there sun-up to dusk working hard to finish the condo units in a timely manner for the people in the development. Not only only did they keep up the pace, but the new roofing turned out beautifully. My biggest concern was all the scrap metal & nails I'd have to scavenge for after they left, but Green Built Roofing did a fine job leaving the yards & driveways clean & as they found them. One of their employees, Alex, even took the time to give me a call to see if I wanted to back my car out of my garage before blocking me in with their dumpster in my driveway! This was very much appreciated. Overall, they were outstanding & I highly recommend Green Built Roofing.

Mike and the whole Green Built roofing team have been great. From the original quoted price being better than any I had received previously to the quality and speed of work. I was so happy with the work they did I plan to use them again in the future to replace the siding on my house.

In a time when premium prices are being demanded for mediocre results, Green Built was a refreshing change. We had two layers of shingles removed, 23 4x8 particle board panels replaced with plywood due to rot and it was completed within a week of signing the contract. The workers completed the job working two full days. They did not rush but were efficient and paid attention to all the details such as caulking along the flash and repositioning the gutter screens. There were 6 guys on the team and all of them stayed busy working on a task and operated as a well oiled machine. The property was left completely clean with no cleanup required on my part. I especially appreciated the tarps to collect the waste and the use of magnet rakes to make sure all the nails were found. I would use them again without hesitation.

I was blessed to be chosen for Roof For Vets. An absolute wonderful experience. The staff was prompt, courteous, focused & finished seems like the speed of light and left my yard so clean its as if they were never there. Took literally an 8hour work day. They even did my backyard shed which was unexpected but an absolute plus. I enjoyed watching them work it was an overwhelmingly, relaxing experience. I now can tolerate rain storms without anxiety of roof leaking. Thank you guys so much
